Imagine Music Publishing is continually seeking quality compositions to be placed within our published catalog.

Please submit the following materials:
1. A cover letter with your name, address, phone, and email address as well as the title(s) of the piece(s) being submitted. **(cover letter must be in PDF, DOCX, DOC, or TXT format)

2. A full score of the piece that you are submitting **(score must be in PDF format)

3. A recording of the piece being submitted. A "live" performance recording is preferable but MIDI versions are acceptable. **(recording must be MP3, MP4, M4a, or WAV format)

VERY IMPORTANT: 

**All the above files MUST be compressed into a single ZIP file prior to being uploaded.  If it is not in ZIP format, then the system will not accept the submission.

 **Please only one work per submission.  Submitting multiple titles will result in the works being declined or severly delayed in the submission process.   
 

 **Though we are always accepting new works, any new accepted works for BAND, ORCHESTRA, or CHOIR will not be released until January 2021.  

Please be patient if you submit material for publication consideration. We receive many submissions and the review process is time consuming. Be assured, however, that we do review all submissions.

We are a publisher of various types of music intended primarily for the educational and professional markets. Difficulty for large ensemble submissions should be in the Level 1 to Level 5 area. While we do occasionally publish works harder than this, we are mostly interested in works of beginning to medium-difficult levels. The duration of submissions must be reasonable to the grade level and programming uses of that piece. We are not interested in atonal, experimental, or non-melodic/harmonic music. While works in less-traditional styles may be quite impressive, it is usually not of interest to our customers and therefore not of interest to us. We are interested in publishing music that professional musicians will find enjoyable as performance material, directors will find useful as teaching material, students will enjoy learning from and performing, and to which audiences will enjoy listening. Please understand that our decision to accept or decline a work for publication is based upon many factors, of which musical value is only one. In addition to musical value and content, and also potential usefulness to educators as teaching material, we can only publish works which we feel have the sales potential to recover and surpass our expenses of production and publication. If you submit music to us which we do not accept for publication, please understand that our decision is based upon all of these factors.
